Walking for Hope / 2024

The DRS Foundation was proud to be this year’s title sponsor for HopeKids annual HopeWalk event! There was an amazing number of 600 attendees as well as $89,195 fundraised. HopeKids is a nonprofit organization that provides ongoing support for families with children facing life-threatening medical conditions. All proceeds from the walk go towards supporting year-round events, known as HopeDay, HopeCommunity, and other free activities for families, helping them build a supportive community and find joy during challenging times. We are grateful to be a part of such an incredible event and to be reminded by the HopeKids team and all the families that hope is a powerful medicine.

Get Involved with HopeKids

HopeKids could not do what they do every day without the generous support of so many generous individuals, foundations, organizations, and businesses. They have a number of ways for you to get involved and help provide hope!

HopeKids provides an ongoing calendar of events to the families they serve. A number of their events throughout the year need volunteer support in order to be a success. Although the volunteer duties vary depending on the event, they are always looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about being warm and welcoming in their interactions with the children and their families.
