Battle of the Boxes Real Life Exhibit

LGE’s Project Director, John Mocarski (also known around the office as J-Mo) represented LGE & The David R. Sellers foundation by volunteering as a Judge with a nonprofit organization called Pipeline Worldwide. They leverage local resources to support sustainable projects in East Africa. This month they hosted an event called Battle of the Boxes Real Life Exhibit in Scottsdale. It was an outdoor walking tour (like a popup museum) to showcase their innovative solutions to significant challenges at refugee settlements and hospitals in Northern Uganda. There were three teams that converted a 40' shipping container into housing for healthcare workers at a refugee settlement in Uganda.
