The Dallas Hearing Foundation (DHF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals of all ages overcome the challenges of hearing loss. Their mission is to provide advanced hearing technology and supportive services — including hearing aids, cochlear implants, audiological treatments, speech therapy, and education — to those who might not otherwise have access due to financial barriers. DHF’s commitment spans treating individuals and families with compassion, educating communities about life-changing hearing technology, and equipping people to lead full and independent lives through improved hearing.
Through events like the annual golf tournament, DHF raises essential funds to cover medical, technological, and rehabilitative resources that help deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals connect with the world around them.
A Personal Connection: Taylor Mitcham & the DHF Impact
For our team, this partnership hits close to home. One of our team members, Taylor Mitcham, and his wife, Sloan, have a personal connection with the Dallas Hearing Foundation through their family's journey with hearing loss. Taylor and Sloan's young son, Potter, has overcome the challenges of being born with hearing loss, and their family has been motivated by the direct impact that DHF has had for so many other families that benefit from access to hearing technology and specialized medical support.
