Hearts & Hammers

The David R. Sellers Foundation and our Dallas team had the opportunity to roll up our sleeves and give back alongside Hearts & Hammers, a nonprofit dedicated to providing critical home repairs for homeowners in need throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth community.

Through its volunteer-driven programs, Hearts & Hammers helps homeowners who may not otherwise have the resources to complete necessary repairs to their homes. By addressing these needs, the organization helps create safer living environments while allowing homeowners to maintain their independence and remain in the communities they call home.

Our team spent the day working together to make meaningful improvements to a local homeowner’s property. Beyond the repairs themselves, the experience was an opportunity to connect as a team, serve our community, and contribute to work that will have a lasting impact long after the day was over.

For the David R. Sellers Foundation, giving back to the communities where we live, work, and build is at the heart of our mission. We believe our responsibility extends beyond the projects we develop—it means showing up, lending a hand, and investing in the people who make these communities home.

We’re grateful to Hearts & Hammers for welcoming our team and for the incredible work they continue to do throughout the DFW area. We were proud to play a small part in their mission and look forward to finding more opportunities to make a difference together.
