Spreading Love & Joy at Lily’s Pad Valentine Fiesta

This Valentine’s season, the David R. Sellers Foundation was proud to partner with Lily’s Pad as the monthly sponsor of their Valentine Fiesta, a special celebration created for the children and families they serve.

Lily’s Pad is a one-of-a-kind, hyperclean indoor playground designed specifically for immunocompromised children and their siblings. For children navigating cancer treatments, transplants, autoimmune conditions and other medical challenges, everyday childhood experiences like visiting a playground or gathering with friends can come with added risks. Lily’s Pad provides a thoughtfully designed environment where kids can simply be kids—playing, connecting and making memories—while their parents and caregivers have an opportunity to relax and connect with other families.

Each month, Lily’s Pad brings its community together through special themed events, giving families an opportunity to enjoy experiences that may otherwise be difficult to access. We were honored to sponsor this month’s Valentine Fiesta and help create a fun-filled celebration centered around friendship, family and, of course, a little Valentine’s Day love.

Our partnership with Lily’s Pad reflects what the David R. Sellers Foundation is all about: supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our communities. Sometimes that impact comes through meeting an immediate need, and other times it comes through creating a space where a child can experience the simple joy of playing and celebrating alongside others.
